This class is designed to increase children's love for literature and books while enriching their language arts skills and other subjects within the Illinois Department of Education Early Learning Standards. Kindergarten at Little Blessings…

Our Kindergarten class meets from 12:30 pm to 3:15 pm.  Children must be 5 years old by October 1st.  The curriculum is aligned with the local school district’s curriculum, standards, and measures of achievement.  The class size is limited to 16 students with two teachers.  This allows us to have plenty of time for small group and one-on-one interaction. Time is scheduled each week for Godly Play and Music.

Both teachers hold degrees in education; our lead teacher holds an Illinois teaching credential.

Kindergarten children have a full day option on Tuesdays, with Science and Math in the morning, and Fridays, with Book Club in the morning.
